The first time I looked at this referral business was in 1991. It looked incredible to me because of the documented 95% re-order rate from customers, monthly! It looked like something I could do because all I had to do was refer customers to a Green, American Manufacturer. I got excited because there were no customer territories or limits on how many I could refer. This meant I could do this referral business from anywhere, and there was no limit on how much I could get paid. So I started referring customers part time in 1991. In 1992 I got side tracked and took the next three years off. During that time off, this manufacturer serviced all of my referrals and paid me just over $400 a month, in real reliable, passive income, every month! In 1995 I started referring customers again part time. This time with a mentor who showed me “the simple way” to do this business. In 1996 I was able to quit my job working for someone else. I received my largest monthly check to date, for just over $4,200 and this referral business started paying for my new Lexus. I finally had control of my time. I was able to work when I wanted, take time off when I wanted, travel when I wanted and live where ever I want. I finally had time freedom and peace of mind.

In the year 2000 I got side tracked again, this time by real estate investing. I put my referral business on the back burner and jumped full time into real estate. I started Ultra Ventures Inc., a real estate investment corporation. From 2000 to 2005, I bought, remodeled and rented out single family homes. I had fourteen rental properties in Winter Park, Florida and two beach condos. During that time I refinanced and cashed out over two million dollars from those sixteen properties. I started traveling around the world on surf trips and having the time of my life.

In 2006 I started the Endless Surf Foundation, a non-profit organization. This charitable organization was created to enhance the environmental, financial, personal and physical wellness of the people and places we visit. Now, we also support other non-profits by helping them to raise funds and reach their goals.

In 2007 I started the Endless Surf Team Inc. This corporation's mission is to show surfers a way to surf more and work less. Now, we also market extreme surf trips by boat in the Mentawai Islands of Indonesia. Surf More. Work Less.

In the year 2008, the real estate market crashed. I had over one million dollars in equity evaporate, practically overnight. I was devastated. If it had not been for my referral business paying me every month, a real reliable, passive, permanent income, for referrals I had made in the past, I would have been ruined. My referral business has paid me just over a quarter of a million dollars so far. I am still getting paid every month, on referrals I made over 20 years ago. Really!
